- Completed Invitation and grantee form
- Invitee’s home address (english translation)
- Copy of of the inviting’s identification card or passport
- Proof of financial support during invitee’s stay
- Copy of of passport pages clearly showing passport number, dates of issue, expiry, name and date of birth
- Passport valid for at least 12 months
- If inviting a family, Copy of of marriage and birth certificates, for all persons included in the application and accredited Mongolian translation
- An officer may ask for additional documents
